La Terrazza San Salvario

All rooms are non-smoking and have a private bathroom with shower or bath, hairdryer, towels, toilet paper and free toiletries. Inside you will find linens, a wardrobe or closet, clothes rack, a socket near the bed, a flat-screen TV, refrigerator, coffee machine, heating, air conditioning and a fan.

Guests can use a shared kitchen with coffee machine, microwave, oven, kettle and refrigerator, as well as a terrace with sun deck, outdoor furniture and an outdoor seating area overlooking the inner courtyard. Some rooms have a balcony and patio with direct access to the terrace.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge in all areas of the property. The building has an elevator serving the upper floors, heating throughout and a designated smoking area outside; the property is otherwise entirely smoke-free.

Private check-in and check-out are provided, with an invoice on request. Family rooms make the house suitable for guests travelling with children. Staff speak English, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese. Parking is not available and pets are not allowed.

The property has key access, CCTV outside the building and in the common areas, and is a fully smoke-free environment indoors.
